Each person in the program will receive a personal coaching session that can be used at any time during the course. There will be weekly lectures to guide your experience and arm you with powerful and important questions. Each week we'll have a recorded, group-coaching call for to discuss the course content and experience the power of a community. There will also be a guided re-feeding period complete with kitchen tutorials.
That is totally up to you. The goal is to prep the body to complete a 3-7 day water fast, or juice/broth fast during week three of the course. Some people may not be ready or able to fast that long, and others may want to go beyond the seven days. What's more important than the length of the fast will be the education and building up to use this tool during or after the course is over.
The personal coaching session will be 60-90 minutes. Each week's lecture will be roughly one hour. Each week's coaching call will be plus or minus 90 minutes, starting Tuesday evenings at 8pm ET. The fun thing about fasting is it actually frees up more time in your schedule.
On the morning of Oct 4th, all participants will receive access to the "member's area" where the course content is hosted and organized. Each week a new lecture and relevant course content will unlock on Sunday morning.
As with any program we do, we always suggest you participate under the supervision of a trusted healthcare provider, especially if you are on medications.
Nope. There are a couple we will suggest for specific situations, but they are all optional, and not required to have a great experience with fasting.
Yes! Two actually. We will be here and highly accessible (through the Facebook group, Private Message, email, or text) to help you the entire way through. If you have questions or need modifications we will be here for you.
Absolutely. Fasting and being a couch potato is a bad combination. We want you up and active, BUT active relative to your ability and taking into account that you're fasting. This is something that will be covered in the lectures.
